The Power of Many

This session is designed to help school administrators and bryt staff enhance equity within their bryt programs through shared leadership. Participants will explore how different leadership styles influence equity outcomes and discover tangible strategies for embedding shared leadership into the ongoing development and improvement of bryt programming. By the end of the session, attendees will be equipped with the tools to foster more collaborative and effective programs to serve all students.
