Supporting Systems Level Change Within Your Sphere of Control

This session will provide participants with the opportunity to learn and collaborate with other educators to determine the most effective ways to create incremental systems level change within their school buildings. Panelists will provide grade specific case examples of ways they have helped their building leaders and staff have a trauma-informed lens when navigating academic goals for students in their building who are being supported through the bryt intervention. Participants will then take the knowledge they have learned and workshop cases together with the feedback of panelists to spur creative thinking and ways to think about how systems change can create a positive learning environment not only the bryt space but the schools in its entirety.
